Born and raised in Yuba City, Carl and Adam worked in the community before joining their father, Rod Fletcher, at Fletcher's Plumbing.  Rod started small, working from his home for 15 years.  With his sons joining him in 1987, Fletcher's Plumbing became a family business and opened their first office on Second Street in Yuba City.  With the opening of a showroom, Fletcher's expanded into remodeling and rehabilitating bathrooms and kitchens.  The showroom has since been closed when they moved to a larger facility on Sutter Street.  Today, Fletcher's has a fleet of service trucks with qualified technicians.
